National Repertory Orchestra Porch Series



The National Repertory Orchestra (NRO) held it's first Porch Series event on the porch of Breckenridge Associates historic building, located at 229 S. Main Street, Breckenridge last Friday. The NRO consists of some of the top young musicians in the nation that congregate to play in the Orchestra and are located in Breckenridge for the summer months.

The next Porch Series events will be held again on the porch at Breckenridge Associates on July 10th,17th and 31st at 5.30pm.

Breck 150



This year is the 150 anniversary of the origination of Breckenridge as a Town, founded in 1859. Founded by a group of mining prospectors to becoming a wealthy gold mining town during the Gold Rush, to now being the most visited international ski area in the United States.

Summit County Building Permits Grind Almost To A Halt

Applications for building permits in Summit County yeart to date number just 8, accordng to the Summit County Builders Association.
